1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our CRM platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms create a legal agreement between you (the user) and us (the platform provider). If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform or its services.

2. User Accounts

To access and use the CRM, you must create an account. As the account holder, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email, username, password) safe and private. You must ensure that all information you provide (such as your company name, email, etc.) is accurate and up to date. If you allow additional users under your account (such as employees, accountants, or managers), you are responsible for their actions on the platform. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the CRM only for legitimate business purposes, including managing your clients, leads, inventory, finances, and payment records. You may generate reports, invoices, and business summaries, and use integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, email) for communicating with customers. You must not use the CRM for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, or use automated scripts or bots to extract or misuse platform data.

4. Data Privacy and Ownership

We respect your right to data privacy. You own all client, financial, product, and business information you enter. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Your data is used only to provide the service, such as displaying dashboards or generating reports. We store your data securely and restrict access to authorized processes only. We encourage you to regularly export your data for backup purposes. A separate Privacy Policy page outlines the details of how data is handled and protected.

5. Payments

Our platform offers free and paid versions. Free users get access to limited core features such as basic customer records, invoicing, and stock control. Paid users unlock additional features such as multi-user access, custom reporting, and integrations. You will always be informed before being charged, with no hidden fees. If you fail to pay for your subscription, certain features may become unavailable until payment is restored. All payments are final unless otherwise stated, and refunds are handled according to our refund policy (if applicable).

6. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain a reliable platform and support your business needs. The CRM is generally available 24/7, except during maintenance or updates. Occasionally, we may perform system updates that require brief downtime and will try to notify you in advance. If you experience technical issues, you can reach us via email or WhatsApp and we will respond as quickly as possible. Our support team assists with login issues, errors or bugs, and questions about features.

7. Responsibility and Limitations

We are committed to delivering a professional, secure, and reliable CRM platform, but some limits apply. While we perform regular security checks and updates, no system is 100% immune to failure or cyber threats. You are responsible for verifying your entries and exporting important data regularly. We are not liable for business losses, data deletion caused by user actions, or system failures outside our control (such as internet outages or third-party hosting issues). By using this system, you accept these practical limitations.

8. Updates

We regularly improve the CRM by adding new features, fixing bugs, and updating these Terms. When major changes are made, we will inform you by email or in-app message. Continued use after an update means you agree to the new terms.

9. Account Termination

You have the right to stop using the CRM at any time. If you choose to delete your account or stop your subscription, please contact us. We will never delete your account or data without reason. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or participates in illegal activity. We will notify you before taking action and give you a chance to fix the issue.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes or legal concerns will be handled within the legal system of Zimbabwe. We are committed to resolving issues peacefully and professionally before they reach legal stages.
